The Sixth Annual DPHA Conference and Product Showcase

The sixth Annual DPHA Conference and Product Showcase took place on October 5-7, 2007 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA. The highlight of the last conference was the keynote address presented by Hug Your Customers author Jack Mitchell. Mitchell’s keynote address was complimented by a series of seminars, workshops and roundtable discussions that focused on marketing, merchandising, customer service and proven techniques to attract and romance customers. Attendees had the opportunity to learn how to develop marketing and merchandising plans, make their showroom a destination business for decorative plumbing and hardware, grow a representative agency business and overcome obstacles that can inhibit developing a customer-service culture.
