Rep Agency Benefits

DPHA is the only organization of its type that treats representatives and agencies as equals.  From its inception, DPHA has recognized the valuable role that representatives play in the supply chain.  As a result, DPHA is the only organization that considers and treats representatives and agencies as peers and equals.  In 2006 DPHA elected Jim Babbitt, a principal of the Chicago-based rep agency Hot2Cold to serve as its president.  His election marked the first time a representative served as president of any decorative plumbing, hardware or kitchen association.  

Having an equal voice and an equal say in the nation’s leading trade association representing decorative plumbing and hardware is only one of the benefits afforded to representatives and their agencies.  Representatives and agencies have access to all of the benefits of membership provided to dealers and manufacturers.
