Key Initatives/ Strategic Plan
DPHAs mission is to provide competitive advantages to its members. In order to accomplish that mission, DPHA is transitioning the organization from an Association that interacts with its members at specific events and through publications, marketing and management tools to an organization that is an integral part of daily business operations. The key strategic objectives that DPHA has identified for 2007 are as follows:
- Present an Annual Conference and Product Showcase that is viewed as a must attend event for the DPH industry and is considered the place for manufacturers to introduce new products.
- Develop a consumer-oriented public side of the website that can answer frequently asked questions and drive consumer traffic to DPHA members showrooms and products.
- Provide sales and product training.
- Develop a DPHA Brand Recognition Program (this will be the result of a marketing campaign that is based on DPHAs success in helping DPHA members to succeed).
- Conduct member research to determine member needs, priorities and expectations.
