Early-bird rate to attend Conference as a member is $825/person and $1,575 per non-member, if reserved by October 8th. Fee includes educational programming, food & beverage during meals on schedule and showcase entry.
Private Breakout on Saturday, November 9th, 1:45-4:45pm
Teresa Allen, an internationally recognized customer service thought leader, will be presenting a dynamic and highly interactive training program for your associates focused on how to build relationships and sales through common sense service! Limited seats available for this exclusive training. Cost is $245 for first year attendees and $395 for those returning. Participants must accompany a full-priced attendee from their company and will follow a modified session schedule. This program begins at the Friday evening cocktail reception starting at 5pm. Saturday's schedule follows the general assembly with a private breakout session with Teresa on Saturday from 1:45 - 4:45pm.
