Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports Infinity Drain’s sales and marketing functions by managing critical tools, resources, and initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales performance. This role acts as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, sales representatives, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, shows, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for the luxury building products industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Support
- Tradeshow & Event Coordination
- Support planning and execution for all tradeshows, buying groups, and industry-related events.
- Manage the show administration, including registration, exhibitor planning/services (including Certificate of Insurance (COI)and other timesensitive details, cross-functional communication, logistics related to each show, group, or event – hands-on execution at each stage.
- Coordinate literature, promotional material, and any other sales/marketingrelated needs along with post-show/event follow-up.
- Provide support to reps for local events – promotional material and/or literature/fulfillment.
- Provide travel coordination and support for sales, marketing, and other internal and external team members to ensure cost efficiency and savings are achieved.
- Displays | POP/POS
- Coordinate display and sample programs (boards, boxes, mats, chips).
- Track inventory, manage reorders, and gather field feedback.
- Track sales-related marketing initiatives (e.g., display boards, POP/POS tools) via CRM.
- CRM Management (NetSuite)
- Maintain and update CRM records to support the ID sales team and sales representatives/agency partners.
- Assist with customer list management, lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and sales performance dashboards.
- Assist with sourcing leads from ConstructConnect; prepare and validate CSVs for NetSuite import, ensuring data accuracy, de-duplication, and routing to reps with proper follow-up actions.
- Sales Rep Network Support
- Maintain and update the Rep Dropbox with accurate, accessible, and current resources.
- Review and approve JotForm requests. Ensure forms are updated with new content and refreshed as needed.
- Serve as a liaison for Sales rep inquiries related to sales and marketing.
- Asset Management & Fulfillment
- Manage inbound requests via marketing@infinitydrain
- Oversee literature and promotional material fulfillment, inventory tracking, and reordering.
- eCommerce
- Monitor Wayvia/Price Spider pricing analyses and manage MAP Inbox map@infinitydrain.com inquiries, facilitate the proper responses on behalf of the UMAP Committee
- Keep approved/rejected resellers’ lists updated
- Provide asset fulfillment: EDF, SpecBook,etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- In partnership with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing, provide administrative support for joint sales/marketing initiatives.
- Provide support for presentations and other sales/marketing-related tools as requested.
- Assist in reporting, analytics, and other data needs.
- Provide cross-departmental project support as it relates to sales/marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or customer service, preferably in the kitchen & bath, plumbing, or luxury building products industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
