Michael Pechar

Michael Pechar is the Western Regional Sales Manager for Julien, a leading manufacturer of high-end stainless steel kitchen products. Prior to joining Julien, Michael served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vitraform, where he led strategic initiatives to grow brand presence and drive sales across key markets.
Before Vitraform, Michael joined the Vent-A-Hood family in 2020, starting as a Regional Sales Manager with VAH Distributing. He quickly advanced to become National Sales Manager for Vent-A-Hood, where he oversaw the company’s distribution network, marketing initiatives, and training programs, playing a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s national strategy.
Earlier in his career, Michael was the Sales Manager for U-Line Corporation, managing distributor activity across the Central United States. He also served as National Sales Manager in the decorative plumbing industry, leading representative networks and developing customized solutions for Sigma Faucets and Mountain Plumbing Products.
With over eighteen years in the plumbing and appliance industry, Michael has built a reputation as a trusted leader with experience on both the rep and manufacturer sides. He has previously held roles as President, Treasurer and Executive Committee member with the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association.
Michael began his career as an independent manufacturers’ representative in Southern California and has consistently demonstrated a talent for building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time at the football and baseball fields with his 14-year-old twin boys, supporting their BSA Scout Troop, and working at his church. He and his wife, Dana, love to travel, attend INDYCAR races, and host neighborhood gatherings.
