Accommodations and Costs
This year, we’re bringing the DPHA Conference to the heart of downtown Salt Lake City at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. Our venue has us steps from award-winning dining, shopping, cultural attractions, and the energy of a walkable downtown. It’s a modern, full-service hotel designed for both productivity and comfort, making it the ideal home base for our conference.
Why staying on site matters:
We’re committed to transparency, and we want to share that staying at the host hotel directly impacts DPHA fee offering. When our room block is fulfilled, the association earns valuable rebates that help offset conference costs and reinvest in education, programming, and member value. When we miss our room commitment, those rebates disappear, costing DPHA tens of thousands of dollars.
By booking at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, you’re not only putting yourself in the center of the action, but you’re also helping protect the financial health of the conference and the association as a whole.
We strongly encourage all attendees to stay on site and be part of what makes this event possible. Staying elsewhere could drive attendee fees to increase in the future, the opposite of what we want to accomplish.
DPHA has secured a room block for DPHA conference pass holders from Wednesday, October 21, through Sunday, October 25. Single and double rooms within the block are priced at $282 per night plus tax and tourism fees.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY SEPTEMBER 11 to be eligible for DPHA’s discounted rates. Book through the Book Hotel button above.
Events that Compete with DPHA Functions are Prohibited
DPHA Conference registration policy prohibits manufacturers, representatives and dealers from hosting events on property or outside of the property that are held at the same time or near the same time as DPHA conference programs and events (within 2 hours). DPHA programming begins each day at 7:00am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It concludes on Thursday and Friday at 7:30pm, on Saturday at 10:00pm, and on Sunday at Noon.
Similarly, DPHA meeting policy prohibits the use of hotel rooms or other venues other than the display space in the exhibit hall in the Product Showcase to display products. DPHA requests that any members who may be invited to view products or attend events that conflict with DPHA programming respectfully decline those invitations. Members that elect to ignore this policy may not be permitted to attend DPHA conferences in the future.

MEMBER ROUNDTABLES (MIXED SEGMENT)
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2:00PM-4:00PM
Networking is at the heart of DPHA, and we’re kicking off the conference by bringing everyone together. Join peers from all four membership segments—dealers, manufacturers, reps, and professionals—for open discussions about industry trends, shared challenges, fresh opportunities, and what’s ahead for 2026. This session is designed to spark new connections, broaden perspectives across the supply chain, and set the tone for a collaborative and impactful conference weekend.
MEMBER ROUNDTABLES (SEGMENT-SPECIFIC)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 1:00PM-3:00PM
Continue the conversation in more focused groups with peers from your specific segment. Dealers with dealers, manufacturers with manufacturers, reps with reps, and professionals with professionals. Dive deeper into the issues that matter most to you, share real-world insights, swap solutions, and strengthen relationships with those who walk in your shoes every day. Expect candid conversations, practical takeaways, and connections that last long after the conference ends.
SUNSET HAPPY HOUR
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 6:00PM –7:00PM
Join your fellow attendees for Happy Hour on the 6th-floor terrace, where sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountains and downtown Salt Lake City create the perfect backdrop for connection and celebration. As the sun begins to set, the sky transforms with color, offering a relaxed and memorable setting to unwind, reconnect with colleagues, and toast to 25 years together.
Take in the fresh mountain air, enjoy great conversation, and soak up the golden hour before we make our way to the Closing 25th Anniversary Dinner Party and High School Reunion. It is the ideal way to pause, reflect, and celebrate before the evening festivities begin.
HIGH SCHOOL REUNION CLOSING PARTY
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 7:00PM –10:30PM
Get ready to relive your glory days, or your most wonderfully awkward ones, at our High School Reunion–themed Closing Party! We’re calling all jocks, cheerleaders, theater kids, band geeks, rebels, and overachievers: dress like you did in high school (yes, that means letterman jackets, prom dresses, vintage concert tees, hair crimpers, Doc Martens, metallic eyeshadow… whatever your era demands!). We’ll be handing out Senior Superlatives — think Best Dressed, Most Likely to Succeed, Class Clown and more — so bring your A-game and your yearbook-worthy attitude. It’s going to be hilarious, nostalgic, and absolutely unforgettable.
Each year DPHA recognizes exceptional individuals, companies, and products that have made outstanding contributions and advancements to the decorative plumbing and hardware industry. These exceptional individuals and companies will be honored at the 2026 Conference and Product Showcase. Products nominated for products of the year are featured in the Product Guide, and winners will be published in The Drop and in Kitchen and Bath Design News (KBDN).
