Michael Pechar

Current Vice President of Sales and Principal for Vitraform. Previous to Vitraform, Michael Pechar joined the Vent-A-Hood family in the summer of 2020. As a member of the VAH Distributing team as a Regional Sale Manager, Michael has seen steady growth within his direct territory. He has quickly integrated himself within the Vent-A-Hood culture providing valuable feedback and direction. Prior to Vent-A-Hood, Michael was most recently the Sales Manager for U-Line Corporation overseeing distributor activity for the Central United States. Before this Michael was a National Sales Manager in the decorative plumbing side of the business where Michael was responsible for the leadership and development of representative networks, developing new business opportunities, and creating customized solutions to customer's needs for Sigma Faucets and Mountain Plumbing Products.

Michael has become a well-known figure in the decorative plumbing/appliance industry with years of experience on both the rep side and manufacturers’ side. Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association (DPHA) for the past few years, including being selected as an at-large Executive Committee member, Treasurer, and he currently serves as President.
Michael joined the plumbing/appliance industry fourteen years ago as an independent manufacturers’ representative servicing the Southern California market. Michael has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and business partners.
In his free time, Michael can be found around the baseball field with his 12 year old twin boys, helping out their BSA Scout Troop, or volunteering for a variety of roles at his church. He and his wife, Dana, love to travel, attend INDYCAR races, and throw neighborhood parties
