With over 2 decades in this industry, I’ve built a career spanning operations, outside sales support, showroom sales, systems, and leadership—with a strong understanding of the business from end to end.

My early experience supporting outside sales included project quoting and large customer stock orders, followed by a successful move into the showroom where I drove growth through builder and plumber relationships, deep product knowledge, and effective add‑on sales.

I later served in regional showroom and builder sales support roles across Arkansas and North Mississippi, focusing on team development, vendor partnerships, and showroom performance.

I joined the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock in 2019 and currently serve as Chairman of the Board.

My experience also includes ERP and systems adoption, including vetting, testing, and training during our ERP uplift.

Key strengths include showroom operations, builder and vendor relations, ERP and systems training, team development, and driving growth through collaboration and execution.
