As a Regional Sales Manager at Dornbracht, I manage and support the showroom and distribution partners of our brand throughout the Chicago and the North Central Region. I also proactively engage with key Architect & Design professionals and deliver expert analysis and recommendations to HQ based on accurate sector intelligence. My mission is to grow and maintain the market share and reputation of the company's products in the hospitality, SPA, maritime, aviation, and luxury residential sectors, among others.
I have over 20 years of experience in Project/Account Management, Global Sales, Customer/Client Services, Organizational Development, and Change Management. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and I am a US Navy veteran honorably discharged post-Gulf War. I possess exceptional entrepreneurial skills in management, ROI, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. I have extensive experience in working with cross functional teams, developing strategies, managing procurement and supply chain, and responding to RFIs/RFPs. I am proficient in various software tools, such as Microsoft CRM/XRM, Salesforce, SAP, PDQWeb, Talent Hook, Taleo, Workforce logic, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and ICIMS, and Project Management tools. I have excellent presentation and communication skills, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. I am a dynamic and results oriented individual with high level of enthusiasm and creativity. I enjoy traveling and interacting with distributors, vendors, and clients.
