California Faucets unveils an unprecedented new bath faucet collection infused with the artistry of nature. The Capitola™ Series seamlessly blends Italian design with luminous natural gemstones, transforming the everyday bath faucet into an expression of luxury. Named for the colorful, Mediterranean-style seaside town of Capitola in Santa Cruz County, California, the customizable collection offers two distinct spout designs and two sculptural handle styles, which can be paired with authentic semi-precious stones. From the calm, serene beauty of Blue Sodalite to the bold, untamed allure of Tiger Eye, the radiant gemstones evoke a sense of relaxed sophistication and expressive individuality.

The defining element of the Capitola collection is its curated selection of handle inserts, featuring sophisticated Black Glass, effortlessly refined White Marble, dramatic Black Marble, tranquil Blue Sodalite, calming Green Aventurine, warm Red Jasper, and richly opulent Tiger Eye. Adding authenticity and heritage to every detail, the stones are crafted by a small family workshop in Idar-Oberstein, Germany—a historic center of stone cutting and lapidary artistry dating back to the 1400s—where a fifth-generation brother and sister team of stone cutters carefully reveal the unique character of every piece.

The Capitola series offers two spout options: a stately Quad Spout and a graceful High Spout. It pairs beautifully with a Metal Lever or Metal Cylinder handle, or an optional Wall Lever configuration for wall-mounted applications. The cylinder handle features refined pinstripe detailing for added texture and dimension, while the lever handle remains smooth and understated.

True to California Faucets’ commitment to quality, the Capitola Series is constructed from solid brass and offered in more than 25 artisan-applied finishes, including durable PVD finishes engineered to resist tarnishing. Extensive customization options—including split finishes—allow for near-limitless design flexibility.
