Joining the team is Scott Pashaian, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen and bath sector. Throughout his career, Scott has managed showrooms serving both residential and commercial markets, building expertise in customer engagement, product presentation, and showroom leadership. He is also highly skilled in 20/20 design software, helping clients transform ideas into functional, visually compelling spaces while streamlining the design process from concept to completion.

Also joining the organization is Sophia Varian, who brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for the industry. A 2025 graduate of the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, Sophia earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management while simultaneously developing her luxury sales experience in the retail sector. Her passion for customer service and relationship building aligns closely with the high-touch approach Phoenix Sales Group is known for.

Sophia also represents a meaningful milestone for the company as its first second-generation team member, continuing a family connection to the business while helping shape its future.
