Summary

Chown Hardware is currently looking for a full-time sales consultant for their well-established showroom located in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-minded, and can enhance the Chown mission of offering the highest quality products and service in the luxury decorative plumbing and hardware industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive sales to exceed sales goals.
• Engage in the local design and build community through attendance and participation at live and virtual industry events.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business.
• Take accountability and initiative for your individual success within a team environment.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and general aesthetics of the showroom.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a strong customer service background.
• 1+ years direct or inside sales experience.
• Experience with door hardware highly desired.
• Plumbing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal oriented, energetic, and a success-driven attitude.
