Water Street Brass has introduced Vestige, a new hardware collection that combines clean geometric forms with an innovative approach to customization, offering designers and homeowners unprecedented flexibility for custom cabinetry projects.

Inspired by the artwork of Ellsworth Kelly and the bold simplicity of classic 1980s American sportswear, Vestige features a refined collection of knobs, pulls, and appliance pulls designed to complement a wide range of kitchen, bath, and living space applications. The collection includes 16 hardware styles crafted from solid brass and is available in more than 25 finish options.

What sets Vestige apart is its unique system of all-metal, brass inlay, and wood inlay configurations. Designers can specify a consistent hardware profile throughout a project while varying materials and finishes to create different visual effects and levels of contrast.

For custom cabinetry projects, Water Street Brass offers an especially distinctive option. The company can supply the metal hardware bases and unfinished wood inserts separately, allowing cabinetmakers to finish the inserts using the same paint or finishing process as the surrounding millwork. Once completed, the inserts are epoxied into place, creating a seamless match between the cabinetry and hardware that extends customization beyond traditional finish selections.

Designed by Stephanie Oh Haley, Vestige was developed in response to the growing demand for coordinated material palettes and customizable design systems. By incorporating flexibility directly into the collection, Vestige allows designers to create a cohesive aesthetic while adapting hardware specifications to the unique requirements of each project.
