Rene’ DeRose Returns to Hydro Systems as Director of Business Development.

Personnel News,

Hydro Systems is proud to announce the return of Rene’ DeRose as Director of Business Development. Previously serving as National Sales Manager for Hydro Systems, the industry veteran re-joins the company to spearhead growth opportunities across hospitality, multi-residential, and other commercial channels.

In her new role, DeRose will focus on strategic growth initiatives, supporting the sales team, and analyzing market trends to strengthen Hydro Systems’ position as the leader in customized bath solutions. She will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining key partnerships across the industry.

“The timing has never been better to bring the Hydro Systems story to the commercial market,” said DeRose. “Hydro Systems’ domestic manufacturing model—with all design and production completed in the U.S.—enables specifiers to confidently choose Hydro Systems for their projects, knowing lead times, quality, and costs are fully controlled in-house. I’m excited to help them realize the ‘Made in the USA’ advantage in their projects.”

Ashley Steinhardt, Vice President of Sales, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Rene’ back. Many of our long-time clients and specifiers are eager to reconnect with her. She has a deep understanding of both the product category and commercial sector, making her an invaluable asset as Hydro Systems continues to expand into the commercial space. Rene’s leadership and vision will help us further strengthen our relationships and seize new opportunities in this evolving marketplace.”

Her return also comes at a pivotal moment for Hydro Systems, as the company’s fully domestic manufacturing model and customization experience continue to be key differentiators in the market. With bi-coastal facilities in Valencia, California, and McDonough, Georgia, Hydro Systems maintains complete control over production while ensuring consistent lead times and reliable availability. This model not only minimizes risks from international supply chain disruptions but also provides a more sustainable option—reducing transportation emissions and lowering the carbon footprint for U.S. customers.
