Thermasol Expands Sales Leadership Team with the Addition of Erika Hosking.

Thermasol is pleased to announce the appointment of Erika Hosking as National Sales Manager. In this key leadership role, Erika will oversee the implementation of Thermasol’s sales strategy, support product education initiatives, and drive market expansion across the company’s growing portfolio of wellness solutions.

Erika brings more than a decade of experience in luxury product marketing, sales leadership, and brand development. She previously held leadership roles at Pirch, a pioneer in the luxury home retail space, where she contributed significantly to revenue growth by leading product and merchandising strategy, enhancing showroom performance, and strengthening vendor relationships across the premium appliance, plumbing, and wellness categories.

Most recently, Erika served as Commercial Sales Leader for the Western U.S. at The Perfect Wellness Group. There, she successfully built a robust multi-million dollar sales pipeline and expanded the company’s presence within the trade community and key industry partnerships.

Erika is widely recognized for her strategic acumen, collaborative leadership style, and passion for connecting innovative wellness solutions with exceptional customer experiences. Her thoughtful yet ambitious approach to growth, combined with her ability to execute with clarity and purpose, will be instrumental in supporting Thermasol’s continued expansion and commitment to making wellness a part of everyday life.
