Lighting Sales Consultant @ Ultra Design Center (Denver, CO)

Ultra Design Center, a Denver-based supplier of lighting, decorative plumbing and door hardware, seeks an experienced lighting showroom sales consultant.  This small company is rapidly growing and is looking for an individual to join their lighting sales team serving homeowners and contractors looking for high-end kitchen, bath and home fixtures.  This company is experiencing an exciting time of growth and the focus is on doing great work while highly valuing both customers and employees. 

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with relevant product knowledge and an understanding of the sales process for these types of products.  This person will have a can-do attitude, possess excellent customer service skills, not be afraid of a challenge and is comfortable working in a busy environment.  This role will work directly with customers in person, via email and over the phone.  The ideal candidate will have a people centered personality with the ability to think outside the box.  This person is looking for a long-term career.

DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers in the showroom and on the phone
• Proactively build strong relationships with customers
• Create and process customer orders
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep customers informed about order status
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately in a timely manner

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

Showroom hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm

Full Time

Base salary commensurate with experience and ability to hit sales targets.  We offer a generous bonus program based on sales.  Other benefits include paid time off, 401k plan and healthcare plan.
