Plumbing Sales Consultant @ Bird Decorative Hardware & Bath (Bluffton, SC)
Bird Decorative Hardware & Bath is seeking an experienced Plumbing Sales Consultant to help grow our expanding decorative plumbing business in the Bluffton and Hilton Head markets.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales professional to combine showroom sales with outside business development. The successful candidate will work closely with builders, designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners while helping establish and grow Bird's decorative plumbing presence in one of the Southeast's most active luxury residential markets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has significant decorative plumbing sales experience.
- Enjoys both showroom selling and outside relationship development.
- Is self-motivated and comfortable managing their own business within a team environment.
- Understands luxury residential construction and the specification process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and product selections in our luxury showroom.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, designers, architects, and contractors.
- Visit jobsites, design firms, builder offices, and client locations.
- Generate new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Prepare quotations, specifications, and sales orders.
- Manage projects from specification through completion.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
- Represent Bird and our manufacturer partners throughout the local market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of decorative plumbing sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of relationship-based sales.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience working with luxury residential projects.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
